Announce Only Rules

If you have Voicemail Enhanced Service or Unified Messaging Service you can set up an Announce Only response to callers by creating two inbound call rules, a Custom Greeting Rule and a Drop Inbound Call Rule. For example:

When creating these rules, the Custom Greeting Rule MUST appear before the Drop Inbound Call Rule. The Drop Inbound Call Rule MUST have Stop Processing Rules checked.
