Planned Maintenance
The UniBears web access pages may be unavailable on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 between 5PM and 6PM while we troubleshoot an issue.
Issues identified
The UniBears web access pages and telephone access are currently operational, with the following exceptions:
- When creating rules through the web access pages, you may receive "Error: StartIndex cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: startIndex". This happens whenever we set the rule for specific callers and select an item from the Communite directory, my personal contacts or personal groups. We have notified our vendor and they are working on a solution. In the meantime, please enter the full ten-digit phone number in the "specific phone number" field. Until this is fixed, you can only enter one phone number in each rule.
- Unified Messaging subscribers receive a delay when calling in over the telephone. This happens when UniBears queries CalMail to count the number of new messages. We are working with the vendor on this issue.
