Message Waiting Indicator - MWI indicates there is a NEW message, when users check for NEW messages, there are no NEW messages. NEW messages are not being recorded. Users are also experiencing delayed voicemail messages.

We have discovered and identified the misconfiguration and fixed it. However, we regret to inform you that we have a few thousand of these failed delivery attempts going back to July and while the majority of them are just failed Email Notification Rules, some of them are actual voicemails that were not delivered.
We deeply apologize for this situation and while there will be a delay and some difficulty involved, we can force the delivery of these voicemails on an individual basis if that is your wish. Please contact the UniBears team via email at unibears-team@lists.berkeley.edu.

Call Forwarding, Rules, not working. |
Users can not outdial from within UniBears, forwarding rules to other phone numbers are not working, and extension forwarding within UniBears is not working.

Since 1/25/2007 reports have been received that when you hit 3 for delete after listening to a message it will tell you the message is deleted, but the next time you log in it is included in the count of saved messages. |
