The following is the original announcement send on December 2, 2004. The survey period was extended to January 31, 2005.

You are invited to participate in our Voice Mail and Unified Communications Survey . CNS is requesting UC Berkeley voicemail subscribers to complete a survey that asks questions about our current voicemail system and its replacement system. It should take under five minutes to complete the survey. This survey will be avaible until December 31, 2004.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. If you feel uncomfortable answering any question, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. To better serve the campus community, it is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be kept strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded only to ensure response uniqueness and to prevent ballot stuffing. We are using the survey vendor QuestionPro and you can read more about the survey site's Security Policy.
